Good Day, All!

My name is Antonio Adams (you can call me Tony) and I'm a "Real Estate Rookie" living in the Columbia, South Carolina area. I'm an Army Veteran, currently working as a District Manager in the hospitality industry. My LinkedIn profile can be found here.

I'm looking to purchase my first property in the Augusta, GA area in the next 1-3 months (preapproval in hand, now looking for the right property). My initial investing focus is long-term SFR/Duplex investing as I continue to learn and grow (I'm also taking part in the BiggerPockets Rookie Bootcamp).

The purpose of this post is to say hello and connect with other investors/real estate agents/lenders. Even though I'm currently in the process of acquiring my first investment door, I still look forward to providing any value I can to improve the life/journey of others.
