They started in TX (Austin, of course), and I'd consider them innovative, radical, and effective.

Does anyone know of any companies in the United States that are taking an innovative approach to homebuilding or construction in general?

I bought my first house in Nov 2021 with an FHA loan.

We are rewarded in the marketplace by being efficient, innovative, and meeting needs.

Additionally, as the number of millennials entering the housing market grows, there is a growing demand for homes that are smaller and more affordable, as well as homes that offer innovative features and technologies.

First flip bought in Nov. 2018/Sold Feb 2019.  2nd flip bought April 2019/will sell this summer.  

Wondering if anyone has any out of the box creative and innovative ways to source deals that they have had success with in the past? 

I’ve looked for 2-4 units but it appears zoning on the island is an issue for small multi’s) Though I’m not entirely opposed to beginning investing out of stateI do have some things going for me though:- $60,000 saved- A $20,000 settlement coming in Nov ‘23- The ability to save about $15,000-$20,000 per year according to a rough personal income statement- A lot of time to travel to other states in the winter, as my business is seasonalSo what do you guys think?

****Neither of these options currently seem ideal and I am wondering what innovative ideas people have used to remedy similar issues.
