Your comments on here have become like the Holy Grail for me and I wish I knew this back in the late 90s when the market was very similar to what we have today.A lot of 'investors' do not treat this as a business - with all the necessary disciplines required - and with the first windfall of cash, they (myself included) start to believe that they have the real estate 'thing' covered.
