Sad, but the rest of thenations and the USA are in worse shape, as our dollar is eroded by the new regional (Asia) banking centers and the Petro Dollar is being killed.Next Dominos  They call FIGS   France, Italy, Greece, Spain  Puerto Rico was a surprise to me, also the fact that Washington DC and the IRS are both incorporated there.  

So everything in our personal home and vacation home is made in USA, France, Italy, Brazil or Canada.

Brazil, Israel, France, Italy and of course USA are good to go.

Regarding COVID, I'm part of an international Rotary Club and Europe is still largely on lockdown from what the people in Netherlands, France, Switzerland and Ireland were talking about during a call yesterday.

I have an amazing client that lives in France who has invested here repeatedly, and referred some of his friends and family to do the same.

I recently leased my upper 2-bedroom duplex to a football college student for the upcoming school year who now needs to drop out due to an injury.

We're talking hotels are booked completely out months in advance for certain football games. 

Hi @Marcus ONG, sorry for replying so long after this post but, the above answers are incomplete.concerning 1)  because they miss the aspect of territoriality of the tax: the answer generally depends on the fiscal residence of the non-resident.Many countries (France, Korea) assess taxes on their residents based on their worldwide income.
