- The Job turn over (this is my personal experience) I have found that my Section 8 tenants tend to change jobs MUCH more than my non Section 8 tenants.

We've found it has superior reporting features, integration features, and is overall more efficient to work within than other REI-specific software.The downside is QBO is not set up for REI so you'll need to do that or work with an expert to ensure it is set up for your business appropriately.

On balance, I have found that appraisals I've had done tend to undervalue on purchases and come in right or overvalue on refi's.

it took me a few years, but i finally found some deals and i am working on a strategy / buy box for more.yes, good point on syndications - definitely there can be cash flow as you noted.
