It's like opening a coffee shop and only targeting 30-40 year old males working in HR =) That is, unless you're opening that coffee shop next to a giant HR company where most employees are 30-40 year old males.

-----I am curious about the general feelings out there because I can be a bit hypervigilant, and posts like these drive me nuts. 

I like my place and I feel rent will go up in this area as this is considered one of the few affordable neighborhoods up north.

But when you start getting into the thousands of dollars on this stuff it just feels predatory.
