I really dislike particle board especially the sink base cabinet.One leak and they swell up, crumble and it's irreversible.Tenants always put too much stuff into their sink cabinet.  200 bottles of hand detergent, DW detergent, cleaners, bleach, comet, rolls of kitchen napkins, candles, extra kettles, and 500 supermaket plastic bags filling every air void existing in there meaning any minor leak will not be noticed by them until it's pooling on the floor.

We do not own a lot of properties but it seems like we are always sending someone to get keys made, get new locks, etc...I was thinking about purchasing a key machine and keys... anyone have experience with this and if so what do you like / dislike?

Living in the building teaches you a lot.One of the most valuable lessons while living in the building is that you must do your BEST at Tenant Due Diligence otherwise, you will have a neighbor you dislike!

Another post for another day...While working at a job that I really disliked, I was able to use my super long commute to crank out RE podcasts left and right.

And if you dislike "being behind others," how do you feel about failure?

At best she dislikes it more, at worse she starts to resent it and you.

Dislikes are the price.I have used it a lot.

You spend 1/3 of your life or more wasting at a job you dislike for pay that struggles to keep you afloat while the higher ups never appreciate all you do and become seldomnly seen around holidays/ New Years as to avoid employee paid time off, bonuses and raises.
