Open to being corrected if I’m wrong, it happens.In that case, where tax code doesn’t specifically provide support for a scenario we need to rely on other secondary sources - hence the Pub reference.  

My worries are that following through with the wrong subdivide while in the county will affect my greater plan of rezoning and developing Parcel (B) after annexation with the town.

I typically offer a lower commission on deals over 500k and charge a higher percentage on lower-priced homes.You can work with a discount agent, but if I can't make you more money than I charge, then I am doing something wrong.

I believe in capitalism which why I think Trump's tariffs are wrong.
