She is the widow owner of a two family residence in MA.

One doesn'tOne leaves his wife and kids to go to work, wondering if they're going to be widowed and fatherless this evening.

Maria, I am not in Detroit but if faced with a similar situation I would chose to sell especially if I had a buyer.

The owner was a widowed elderly lady who was living in a nursing home and her children were left with the home to sell.
