Hello BP! It's about time I make this post, I've been on Biggerpockets for a few months now and just been reading as much as I can. I am 21 years old and currently work in the medical field as a Respiratory Therapist. As much as I love helping people, I just don't see myself working in this profession for the rest of my life. This is my first job EVER and I never had the chance to work a regular minimum wage job, and truthfully I don't like working for other people. Sure I am making great money at my age,but this job was controlling my life and I finally gave in and looked for answers (Biggerpockets). After listening to some podcasts, I found my "WHY":Financial Freedom. I plan to build a portfolio consisting of cash flowing rental properties, taking advantage of exponential growth. I am currently working on building a strong foundation (educational/financial) before i start. I have a goal to purchase my first house hack within the next 12 months...And just continue to save and reinvest the cash flow + earned income to accumulate as much rentals as I can thereafter. Thanks.
