It is well worth it to get an agreement and market on Zillow and all of their downstream websites to advertise your home. 

If accepted then you gotta hope your financing doesn't take too long or fall apart altogether, and then you have to pray your contractor does a swell job cause that is about as good as a coin flip, and then you need to make a wish that your exit is one timely and two at the price you suspected.Bottom line is, it is hard to set up a network built with pieces from 3 - 4 different verticals within the industry.

Ive been in contact with a real estate investor friendly realtor I was matched up with through the bigger pockets website.

(especially for those involved on this website)The reason I mention if it matters on this website is because most are real estate investors(long term buy and hold) and will most likely operate at a tax loss which doesn't have an impact on taxes.The second point is, will you invest or not invest in a good investment because of what your tax rate is?

Some websites specialize in off-market real estate sales, whereas others, like Zillow, have listings for “for sale by owner” (FSBO) sales.
