This is a couple in their mid-60's, working class, and solid blue collar folks (that is the neighborhood's reputation). 

Powder blue tuxedos with a ruffled shirt may cause ocular damage to those viewing and I simply can't risk the liability.

These are all blue collar based towns. 

The gut feeling tells me that red states= Landlord with blue states= Tenant.

We have a good quality blue carpet in the home currently and are trying to decide whether to keep it, replace it with a more neutral color or replace with some form of wood flooring, laminate flooring or tile flooring throughout.
