Wedding venues can certainly be useful.  

I am currently scouting out venues at local bars and restaurants (venue suggestions welcome) to find a suitable meet-up location. 

We have spent the last six months doing a lot of research, reading books, lurking on websites, attending seminars, and networking in our area through people we know connected to real estate as well as attempting to connect with various REIA venues.

Some spend more time involved in the deals than others, but a lot of this is dependent upon the states laws you're working in and what is regulated and what isn't.I spend my time locating properties for investors through all kinds of different venues.

Our plan is to subdivide and sell off lots to pay off the loan and keep the rest for to develop as short term rentals or an event venue.

(after I finish leasing up the 4plex I'm closing on this week) Still working hard on the Summit venue, so stay tuned!

.), Hotels/motels, then smaller national commercial retail (Walgreens, furniture stores) Food - Pizza, fast food, full service restaurants - Smaller businesses like hair salons, insurance companies, etc.I'd think a major thing would be entertainment type venues, (movie theaters, Dave & Busters, bowling, fun parks, or ?

NFL studios, housing, a new concert venue, hotel, office, and some retail will be involved. 

Hope you designated a large area for the venue sounds like you will have record number of people wanting to attend :)
