Hi, I'm Erik Keim from Casper WY, and a graduate of The University of Wyoming and The Naval Postgraduate School. 

There is a university about 4 miles away.

I went to the University of Chicago for grad school, which is dead center in the middle of the area where I bought, so particularly familiar with that area.I purchased a 3-unit, instead of a SFH.

I work at the University of Phoenix and get free education but I quit more than half way into my bachelors degree program last year.

I am a recent University grad with a degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law (1 Major).

-I constructed my team to consist of the cream of the crop Property Management Team in Dallas, a partner that owns and operates 200M in Real Estate, and I moved to the city that I invest so that I can submerge myself in the market... super check.I don't think that the credibility and experience I've amassed is anything special, but I do think that it sufficient enough to entice warm traffic for a conversation about investing with us..By warm traffic I mean family and friends who have consistently asked that I let them know when I get a deal that they'd be able to participate in (and my goodness what a deal this is). 

I'm not well-versed in mineral rights.The ownership of the mineral interest is now divided among 23 people in my extended family and a nearby university.

As a little background information, I have a degree in General Science from Morehouse college in Atlanta Georgia, a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management from the University of Michigan, and I just graduated in June from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia with an MBA.
