From our own experience, we will still say that we wouldn’t recommend Crestcore for any kind of service in owning property in Memphis but that is solely our opinion.Well then if this is all true there are places to file these grievances that are more appropriate than just slinging mud on BP.

Our plan is to bring it 6 inches lower which would remove all the mud and then bring it back up to where it was in the beginning using 3/4 inch stone rather than fill.

The great tenants stayed and the undesirable tenants (a stripper with night visitors, those with pit bulls, those who paid rent late, etc.) moved out on their own because it was uncomfortable for them to stay and abide by our property rules.In the springtime we raised the rents a modest amount and had no push back.
