It's one that I created when I first started to analyze deals and some of the values could use tweaking.

I've been tweaking my lists and narrowing down neighborhoods.

Over time you will correct it, tweak it, etc.

I did have to tweak my minimum to make sure the auto price didn't drop to stupid levels.  

He says he stands behind his work so he goes over to the house and puts it back on the track, tweaks a few things (not really sure what he did) but he gets it running smooth again. 

Or if you just want her to work the one deal, she can tweak that buyer's agency agreement to reflect that.
