Quick question on using two agents

OK, we are looking at a property and contacted an agent (our usual agent was unavailable for 2 weeks) and we looked at it. Drafted up the offer using the new agent and in the contact package is the section shown here. Now the question / dilemma. We came across another property today (after we already started drafting the contract which is getting submitted to the seller tonight). Our agent cut her trip short and called to see what were up to . . . . and my wife mentioned the other property we saw today. She said she could show it to us tomorrow . . . . but with the contract package we have with the other agent, are we obligated to use her rather than our usual agent to look at the property and put in an offer?

yea, that's to bad, she probably had worked hard for you. If she was unavailable though, that's what happens. Why she didn't have someone take care of you in her absence is anyone's guess, and hopefully there's a lesson there. In those contracts, you could specify a specific property.
