Do not use a loan officer that does not fund 3-5 commerical loans per month. 

This can often mean a zoning change, so worth a call to the zoning office first.

So if you’re considering working with Paul McGraw and his team he really will not take everyone so it will take work to get into the program, but if you get in your tiny investment will save you tens of thousands.

Unless you have a job offer in Arizona, how is the Loan Officer going to issue you an owner occupied mortgage out of state?

I also thought there were tax advantages to having an LLC I.e home offices, trust for after death not having probate / death tax etc.
