The SFR directly across the street from mine, which is smaller than both of my two, just sold for a higher price than I paid for both of mine.I'm trying to plan what to expect when I do the refi next year...

Most notably on Bridge Street.

House has been well maintained, fresh paint job, newer Windows and has a great view of a little pond across the street.

I am looking at a property located in busy street.  

It would seem difficult to put 30 lots on 3.4 acres with streets, setbacks and the wetlands.  

I've found some west side of Worcester areas that will definitely get me my desired results but it's very slim pickings and majority of the houses available are on streets that are hit or miss as far as good/bad streets.Seems as if you were able to affective lot rehab parts of the house to.

The common street address is is not the legal description. 

I live right up the street and plan on staying here forever so my rentals are next door/close by.The two houses are grandfathered and if I want to replace them they give me a 30-day window to replace which isn't happening unless I go mobile which I do not want to do.
