Hello, I need some advice and TIA.Bought a house and got ah stop working order without doing any work, went to the city previous owners did work with no permits city told them and they did it anyway and sold the house even tho being notified.

Long term buy and holds are typically more suited as a principal investment strategy and perhaps a Joint Venture. 

Most broker street signs just say available and stay up even when nothing is available so after calling on a few where that property is full they stop calling on them.

I don't venture outside of the OKC Metro much but it looks like overall rents have been up for you.

This was pretty much all of WA state, but Seattle was the worst.Here in Olympia one of our city council persons decided to just stop paying her rent.
