On Airbnb, if they break stuff, you usually get a bad review if you try to charge them, especially for petty stuff that would be a reasonable apartment charge like a broken fridge door shelf for $60 or stained sheets/towels or stolen power strips.

Is that because of non-payment, stolen, or was it removed because interior gas lines were leaking and you will need to get them approved/certified/permit pulled before gas co will put it back on.

Last one I used was on a 2br 900sf house with most of the furniture left behind, a full kitchen & bathroom demo and 3 old water heaters left in the basement - though these were "stolen" by local dumpster divers, much to my delight since it saved me space and cost for hauling.
