I think there are more than 3 siblings involved.  

The owner put it on Craigslist so I called him and now know it's an inheritance (owned by him and his 2 siblings) and they're motivated.

It puts their kids at odds and sometimes siblings never speak again.

There are a few siblings, so I'm wondering if it is possible to still seller finance given the fact that there is joint ownership?

I know of many foreclosure auctions where a close relative bought and allowed the son, daughter, parent, sibling to stay in place.

I also don't plan on living there for the next 10 years neither does my siblings maybe two years tops and in that time i will be comming out of pocket 300-400$ a month not including if anything breaks.

Also, check to see if there are any other heirs to the property (i.e. siblings, family members, etc.).

An example would be like you and a parent or you and a friend or you and a sibling.

She and the other four siblings couldn't agree on whether to sell or not.
