Negative profit investment

To get into details, my father wants to sell my brother, sister and i a property for 330,000$ valued at about 430,000$ right now however we're not allowed to sell it for 10 years min. I also don't plan on living there for the next 10 years neither does my siblings maybe two years tops and in that time i will be comming out of pocket 300-400$ a month not including if anything breaks. Ultimately i could get the property myself but I'm trying to avoid my siblings hating me also considering whenever something does break I'll ne responsible to take care of it. Does this sound like something that's worth it?
