Ok, so as a Broker myself, let me share with you a couple insider secrets after 18 years of doing this business!  

Yet you approach my simple question as an objection to be countered from a sales sheet.It's difficult to counter suggestions of being a secretive, pyramid scheme when providing answers consistent with a secretive, pyramid scheme.

Now, I must qualify by saying this was over 10 years ago when this process not as mainstream as it is now, heck I just saw a guy saying on TV that he has a secret for OPM for RE investing and guess what it was???  

I'm also curious about what she's written in to the lease that so secret since they give the impression there's something unconventional about it.
