We've read David Greene's book, we've made contact with a few agents and wholesalers (no contractors yet), made a visit to Indy to scout our neighborhoods, we got the cash ready, just haven't been able to make it happen yet.

I realize that my not calling you won't hurt you in the least, so I intend to tell everyone I run into in the grocery store, at church, Boy Scout meetings, Little League games, in fact everyone I meet; that I dont' think they should use your services".Feel free to shorten it to suit your personality.I have and will in the future said/written this to people who didn't value my time or the money they could have earned from my business!

He has a theory that there are a lot of baby boomers that own buildings, want to sell their building or building and retire with some cash flow from owner financing or selling outright.I believe that's true and I'm currently scouting properties in Atlanta and looking for financing
