It's a less personal experience for the public but the results are very efficient and thorough.   

@Tyler RitterI don't think it's appropriate for me to make negative comments about people or companies behind their back in a public forum.

Some agents include the assumption option in public or private remarks.I also use property radar to search loan info on local properties.Do you have a VA loan entitlement available and gap funds ?

Privacy - information about the members/managers of a FL LLC is disclosed on sunbiz.org because of required public filings. 

Especially now that you've posted your suspicions on a public forum, I'm not an attorney, but I've watched enough Law and Order that I could see there being the possibility of you being charged for "Aiding and Abetting" their crime by not reporting it or "Criminal Facilitation".
