Has anyone been successful with procuring warehouse lines of credit for SFR builds lately?

didn't mean to parrot some of what @Ben Leybovich said but that is what i get for having started to write this an hour ago with about 5 interruptions.

I do agree a lot of people base their initial real estate process on procuring enough rental properties to quit they’re full time job.

You need an agent to present otherwise the listing agent will claim he is procuring cause.Mark

While towns cannot assess condominiums differently than other properties, a few compensate them for comparable services procured from private vendors.

As mentioned in the previous posts, in most cases the idea of having a GC is to hand off the project management, responsibility for finding and managing subs, and procurement of materials.

In such a case, if the buyer were to bring in an offer, your agent (the one that originally showed the buyer the property) would be owed a commission, as they can show "procuring cause".

All that said, if you are able to find a property that cash flows well coupled with your exemplary investor profile you should be able to procure conventional financing at a reasonable rate.Good luck!

I procured my MA salespersons license a few years ago, however I am not crazy about the idea of selling residential real estate right now. 

I haven't procured a solid deal on any leads yet but I'm working on it.
