Also, I would pick a favorite target lead source or two (absentee owners and paid off properties in a given zip code are great for wholesaling), design a post card or mailer for each, and play with that as well.

When someone calls from a bandit sign or postcard I get the details of the property, what is owed in mortgage/liens, why they want to sell and how quickly they need to sell.
