No offense to the amazing professionals we have worked with over the years but I have been researching a lot and feel as though we are getting mixed information from attorney's, CPA's & Insurance Agents.

There has been some new rulings that might get you fined up to $1,500 per offense.

Search the differences if you don't already know what they are, and no offense, but I suspect that you'd don't know the differences if you're asking to be listed as an Additional Insured.Secondly, unless your tenant provides your mailing address when setting up the policy, the insurance carrier will use the tenants address as the mailing address for the notices.

No offense to your business partner but anyone that says  "I should stay invested and that in 10-30 years I'll be sitting on a $2m property and really happy about it." doesn't know what he is talking about. 

I hope I was not to honest that I cause offense but I would rather share ideas and properties with people and make sure someone does not get caught up in something than to be politically correct.
