Obviously the expedited payments will be nice and I'm sure my tenants will appreciate not having to pay the $2 fee for ACH payments.

For my personal home, I went cheap and bought nice but inexpensive Costco tub that runs on 110v, takes 1-2 days to come up to temp depending on time of year, and I had no perspective on the speed of 220v units.

I do not want to refinance since I have a 3.2% mortgage. well, the 5% is not something I would even touch, but the appreciation seems nice, All the best BTW I never said refi :)

tie up 5 mil stock portfolio and pull out 2.5 mil at 2%  thats what I saw them doing then we would lend that money out at 15% or better.. nice delta..
