Hi Scott am i a tight financial position so at this point its a good plan. 

If it i a good deal it will take but a few hours to know if the house will be sold.

The only way I see it feasible to go at it now is if either dude from Iowa is willing to fly out to you each time you get a serious one on the hook (highly doubtful), or if one of your parents/nearby relatives is well versed in evaluating properties and willing to take the time every time to go through it with you.

That opens up some more questions if that's the case because then I, as the buyer of the turnkey property would start to think, well, if this Turnkey Company isn't owning the Turnkey Property, what's wrong with this Property?
