I checked out some things in Lake Elsinore just out of curiosity, and I learned after inputting tax numbers in another program why the cheapest things out there, were, well, the cheapest!

They intend to 'fix up' the lake and surrounding area and make it a booming place.

The area where we live in California is in Riverside county, above Lake Matthews.
