STR is a part time job. 

Find properties that are not listed on the MLS for the world to see, get them under contract, then assign the contract to an investor for a markup (but a list price that makes sense with the amount of repairs needed).This is not an easy job.

My partner and I both have 9-5 jobs with mine requiring work travel, so it has been a challenge attending local meet-ups regularly; which is why I am so glad this platform exists to help us network! 

Same thing like how do you know if a civilian will keep their job?

They are just like you: working jobs, parents, side hustling, wearing sandals, and driving a Prius.

The goal of a cost seg is typically not to offset the income from the property, but to offset income from your active income (potentially a high W2 job).

Occasionally you will get no occupation which if they fill in an agency or other info is fine but you have to have minimal data.

I'm planning to move to the area for a job, but who knows what the future holds!
