But most people are complatiant and dont have the gumption to do anything that doesnt provide instant gradification.

@Dawn Anastasi good question.Debit cards check for available funds immediately and return a failure instantly if there are insufficient funds.

I would offer numbers below market so you have created instant equity.  

In the early years it was very useful to have a wallet full of credit cards. or as I said instant hard money.
