Main house performing mostly cosmetic renovations What was the outcome?

Though the current housing market conditions can influence the cost-effectiveness of buying versus building. 

When I was referring to software that will help me analyze deals I was looking for something that will assist me in  performing a CMA.

Yes NY is expensive but long term wise it'd perform better then any Midwest property.

I just think we have so much info with a bunch of influencers that we always pysch ourselves out thinking everything has to be perfect.

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

We're looking to sell our rental property that isn't performing well.

Many investors are familiar with the concept of cost segregation studies and may have even had studies performed on their properties.

Our Agent knew we were beat up buyers since we lost 3 homes prior and switched agents..The agent influenced us to go non contingent offer waiving everything… if we wanted to win the house.

My thought is there are cultural influences at play here
