And for example there was a Crowd Street deal (Nightingle) where the sponsor omitted losses from their claimed track record (and ultimately was fraud...they never even bought the claimed property).And there appeared to be some difficulty or confusion with obtaining the full and complete track record ( including both realized and unrealized deals).

This property would have multiple income streams, including as an airbnb, wedding venue, bed and breakfast, corporate retreat. 

Closing costs, including recording fees, transfer taxes and HOA transfer fees, if any5. 

Some have mentioned issues with the Indianapolis Housing Authority, including delays in payments and cases where landlords with new tenants haven't been paid since January 2024.Do any local investors have insights or experiences with this?

You would also want to ask what is your current rate, what rate can you get, what are the closing costs that are involved including points, ect.

I've used mine multiple times in the past deals, including a VA jumbo loan.

Be sure to include instructions for turning in keys, notifying you that she's out, etc.
