Should I have my Host info as my LLC name or in my personal name?

These appear to usually be bundled with security deposit replacement coverage.As for surviving the pandemic, MANY didn't.

Hi BP investors/members, Anyone has experience buying Padsplit homes that are already being hosted and income generating? 

I'm now looking for a lender that will bundle several multifamilies into one loan as each cost too little for separate mortgages. 

Cody,There was a time when portfolio loans were definitely the way to go, specifically when rates were at rock bottom and you could bundle as many of them at that rate as possible.

The reason for this is that there is outsized competition with your fellow landlord hosts, who are also pursuing nurses, and a shrinking demographic of traveling nurses (cost cutting, covid cuts, etc.)

Overall the air is full of potential and I asked my airbnb host to buy his place, its a larger lot w 2 buildings, hes renting essentially 4 rooms/studios out some without kitchen and theres a room for the 247 cleaner lady and a pool (tiny) in the middle, 2 parking spots, 450k.

Many times, hosts have been very surprised over how much they could get from their property. 

I've tried a Guesty, Hostfully and I'm now using Hostaway.
