I know taxes and insurance have gone up a lot in that time so I understand that problem but the solid rent increases in that time have been able to cover most of that (at least for me it has worked out).

When I brought up that withholding proper documentation could be a breach of contract, the response I received was that I could terminate the agreement, but I wouldn’t get my escrow or due diligence money back.  

Generally I start the nagging emails and texts after about the 15th of the month and depending on the response I deliver notice by the 18th.

I contacted Zillow about this issue but received no response.

@Alex V. you've got some good responses above but this specific forum is more for residential stuff. 

This helps determine if I would be responsible for covering those costs.

However, as Zane mentioned in his response, another option is to consult with a lawyer who specializes in appealing property taxes.
