@Jay Hinrichs my understanding is that the lender uses their own LOC for this business so there really isn't a liquidity need (other than having the available room on the LOC)

Looking into buy and hold condos for rent, do you find with the high appreciation and  hoa fees, there are any room for profit? 

The airbnb numbers are what people surrounding this and other existing clients are getting in this zipcode for just rooms (around $130-150/night for a private room rental not necessarily an entire place). 

for example a 4 bedroom 2 bath could work great as a rent-by-room, but would be much tougher to fill as a mid-term rental.
