I think it's ironic that Fannie Mae was bailed out by the federal government because of its incompetent underwriting yet you assume this one will work out.

I recently took a realtor CE course and learned due to all the free money the government passed out during the pandemic only 15% of the population have scores under 600.

If this bill passes, local governments will have no limit to what they can charge for the registration and inspection of short-term rentals.

We are at the front end of some very serious, sector specific, residential real estate challenges.

When looking at states to invest I would look at their governing policies and how landlord friendly they are or are not.c.
