There is a very well oiled machine that deals with these issues.A good Realtor serves their client first and foremost - not themselves.

You could look into buying an ozone machine.

We know we're green and need help and we know this is an excellent place to get it.We've been crushing through the BP podcasts and Youtube videos to learn as much as possible and have begun setting up our machine (funnels) to help us get our first deal.

@Sean Howell so far all on the MLS but it has surprisingly stayed very competitive through Covid, working on building the off market lead machine now so hopefully we will start seeing a good mix moving forward

Since you don't drive a car looking through the rear view mirror, a list of cities ranked by cumulative returns is only so useful, but then it was fun to play around with regressions, tress, and some machine learning models to see what has driven cumulative returns.
