@Bevla ReevesInteresting to hear about the shoddy rehabs...in the Bloomberg story on a Zillow flip that they bought for $335,300.00, the rehab budget was $8,000.00 over 10 days and consisted of:Changing light bulbsRefitting electrical outletsGrooming the succulentsReplacing the fridge and microwaveRepairing a leaky toiletRepainting the pool and deckOther basic cosmetic fixesThe outdated master bathroom and a purple accent wall in the living room were left as is.

I do a deep fridge cabinet and like to do counter depth fridges to not have it stick out.

It would have been good if you could have integrated the fridge closer to the kitchen but conversions can be tough. 

My husband was just making fun of the amount of cheese in the fridge at the rental I’m staying at while working.

You are going to listen to sob stories and place leaching turds in your properties.You aren't going to change those old vinyl supply hoses to your faucets and toilets with braided steel, thinking they'll never burst.You won't put vinyl under your sinks and think that water feature in your fridge is a nice benefit.

Looks like someone used something very harsh to clean the fridge and it is scratched up. 

Vinagear scrub the walls and ceilingsOil based Kilz paintClean the flooring with vinagear Ozone machine when not working in the propertyClean out the duct workReplace anything that is fabricReplace AC filters and run constantly and then replace againScrub the fridge coils and any surfacePaint it againClean it againRepeat process as needed (it sucks and it takes someone moving in and absorbing the rest of the smell)Whatever you do don’t turn of the electricity to the unit.
