-What did you do for exterior siding?

Completely renovated with refinished original hardwood floors, fresh interior and exterior paint, granite counter tops, and oil bronzed fixtures.

Some of my less-known favories are Money Magnet and 52 Homes in 52 Weeks.

The house is two stories, about 1,500 sf, 3 bed 1 bath, brick, and the exterior appears to be in decent condition. 

It was so bad that there was mold on the EXTERIOR shingles.The cost for that house was $6,500. 

The in law suite is fully functional as a stand alone unit (kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom) and is separated from the unit 1 by an interior door that locks and has its own exterior entry.

Nuisance things: paint, wallpaper (very annoying), holes in drywall, smells (unless it is a sign of mold), cracked windows, missing or damaged screens, no GCFI, flooring, broken handles, damaged cabinets, interior doors on exterior entrances (I see this a lot), bowls under sinks to catch leaks, general run-down-unlovedness.

:)I'm working with a few cabin owners that ARE remote, on aerial exterior and traditional interior photos for listings, and while I can definitely see the value in face to face sessions with peer owners, I'm not sure what information could be shared in person that couldn't be quickly shared/discovered remotely.    

Hello-It is a SFR, 3Bed/2Bath; they just had their 8 year long tenant move out so fully renovating the place, new vinyl wood floors throughout  (COREtec performance plus), new kitchen -cabinets, counter tops, flooring, new SS appliances, 2 full bath remodel (showers) new paint (getting the gray tones) as well as paint exterior. 

@Chris Roush you are smart to be concerned about exterior decks.
