This loan will help my llc build credit, and since the pml/hml doesnt build credit, I want to use a cc to pay my contractor and use the loan to pay off the cc as another way to build my credit.

Being out of state, you will want an agent who has good relationships with reliable inspectors, title companies, contractors, property managers, lenders, wholesalers, insurance agents, other RE agents, etc.

Also hoping to build my Team: lenders, realtors, contractors, property managers, etc. 

But I think they'd be around $4,800 (conservative estimate).Seller is also claiming there are no common electricity at all- which is hard to believe, considering there's common gas, water and sewer. and most likely a common area electricity.

The trouble was finding a contractor within budget.

Based on not having water, roads, etc. you could still do a tiny home or RV space there if you put in electrical hookups and a septic tank.

Hey @Cynthia Leite - I am a licensed general contractor in Chicago, and we have 32 categories in our scope of work, then, we have many subgroups under these.0. 

So, we have all these electric autos now right, they only need electricity to run. 

Electrical, plumbing, the list could go on and on.
