If the neighborhood likes wood, then your square footage may not be so large as to mix and match and you'd want to carry the tone of your cabinets into your flooring.

Because of that non-refundable thing, it's like $250 or $650.He's trying to mix the best of both -- non-refundable AND substantive.

Also am interested in uniforming community development of areas that with mixed style, price, and age of the housing. 

The inherited tenants were on a mix of lease terms, and I offered incentives, and identified better places for them to live.

This is why unless you are local investors need to stay away from this stuff as a long term hold to try and grow a portfolio and generate cash flow.There comes a break point in price where you start to get to the better areas, better tenant mix, and better quality of the property a buyer is purchasing.
