My current insurance agent only deal with residential insurance companies.

I can definitely tell you there's still a lot of positive cash flowing and 1% rule deals and you get amazing appreciation.

(and potentially get a better deal with PM cost should we employ one).

There are SO MANY sub-niches to dealing with distress real estate.

This helped my Debt to income a ton and I was able to close on the deal.

But maybe the days of nabbing a killer STR investment are coming to a close.If the property taxes are not changed, then you still have to deal with a shrinking pool of areas that allow STRs.
