Currently started renting it for 2300$ per month , need your suggestion things I can do to fix my below situation. 

Hello My name is Jahniya I’m just getting started in real estate I currently have no properties in my portfolio and was looking to get started in the rental arbitrage space this year. 

My current agent suggested if it made sense financially, to do some rehab work to get the properties rent-ready, but I do not have the liquid funds to do so and sell these as-is.

I currently have eight out-of-state investor clients that I've worked with in the past (some on more than one purchase) and they were all attracted to the Lansing, MI area for it's affordability and steady cashflow.

Note you must be an accredited investor to participate.A con that turn some people off DSTs is they come with higher fees than out right owning a stable, low maintenance property; however based off what you described DST fees are far below what you are currently paying. 

Would love to hear from folks with knowledge of the current market! 

Check out the federal rules as there is currently a ban in place for most foreigners to buy in Canada. 

My mum currently lives there, she is 80 and not very well, but you would also become a tenant in common and as such if you had the time you could profit 100% from the transaction, as I need cash urgently and am willing to heavily discount the asset.I am wondering if there is a market out there where someone wants to get a foothold in the London market by buying my part of the property.
