@Nathan Gesner Not trying to pick a fight here…you’ve posted 26,000 times I don’t care to go back through your posts to find one in 2023 that’s consistent with what we both agree on….that 100% anonymity is not achievable.  

If there are any NY market stats/comparisons, you'd like to see in the future, post a reply or shoot me a PM.Below is a quick Q3 comparison between this year and '23 for Suffolk County:Summary:- Single Family values continue climbing- Multifamily Properties are selling faster than last year - Market activity (sold properties) has remained steadyMultifamily sale prices have (slightly) dropped despite sales activity remaining similar to Q3 last year.

Tenants and investors in general don’t care for their buildings as much/well as residential owners  (who fights reserve increases and special assessments the hardest - investors).

As the technology continues to progress and they continue to get things more dialed in, I do think it could help quickly build reasonable homes to address the housing shortage.

Just continue listening to BP podcasts and other people's experiences.

Start small - get yourself a househack, learn from your own experience of owning the rental property you live in, continue to educate yourself with reliable resources, and then worry about the next home.Having just one solid investment will put you ahead of most Americans than trying to find a way to buy 10 doors out of state in an area you don't even understand. 

Focus on continuous learning and networking, as even a small step today can lead to a big win later.
