I don't work for Brad, I do volunteer at events, I am a big fan, and he has moved my wife and me from a Coach to a First Class retirement (airline joke). 

This question can not be answered in a vacuum.

The peaks are as close as an airline ticket!

They still need to do their dishes and stuff, but you'd have someone in to vacuum, do windows, bathrooms, etc and it would have a responsible adult in the house to let you know if there was a leak or something. 

Arm & Hammer sells a product to remove pet odors - it's a powder that you sprinkle on the carpet and then vacuum off.

Luckily, my wife works for an airline, so traveling to the markets will not be an issue - just need to get to know folks here in the areas that I can work with. 

Like renting a vacuum cleaner/ steam cleaner?

Currently the place has a vacuum that is on a timer. 

My relative was managing a property and was wasting her weekend cleaning after the tenants (all the restrooms + kitchen + vacuum the carpet).
