Does anybody with big multi families offer tenants rentals on essential items? 

Like renting a vacuum cleaner/ steam cleaner?
Athletic equipment? Kitchen Equipment? Bikes? 
Game consoles or board games?
Space Heaters/ AC units?

Is there a service that exists for that? Would you put that into your big properties?
